The FR90 system is a thermally insulated fire-resistant solution. Structures based on the FR90 system are characterized by fire resistance classes of EI30, EI60, and EI90 for both fixed walls and doors. The system features both indoor and façade installation options, with a 90 mm installation depth. For EI30, the central chamber of the symmetrical profile structure is filled with gypsum inserts between thermal insulation layers, while for EI60, all chambers are filled with gypsum.
The system supports 60 mm thick panels, including mineral wool-filled panels (Up=0.57 W/m²K) and gypsum-filled panels. The range includes single and double-leaf doors, as well as fixed glazing. Fire and smoke-resistant structures can be designed, along with door solutions for use on escape routes.
The system offers single or multipoint locks, electric strike plates, and panic fittings. The hinge options include overlay hinges, barrel hinges, and INOX hinges. Various threshold and threshold-less solutions are available, along with high skirting and ventilation grille options.
Due to profile optimization, a single profile can be used for both the door frame and door leaf, enabling quick and easy prefabrication, as no glazing profile machining is required.
